I love how Scrapware items - particularly the mini pieces - can be the perfect finishing touch for a layout. The raw colour of Scrapware chipboard is so perfect on muted or natural toned layouts that I love to use it au natural to add the finishing touch.
A couple of examples ...
In this first layout, I ifnished the layout and it still needed something. So I added the clouds which I embossed with the swiss dots folder through my Cuttlebug, and the mini brackets around the journaling.
On my second layout, again I had finished it but it just needed something else - so I extended the title with a Scrapware font, added the little butterflies and the mini bracket below the owl.
So whenever you are looking for the perfect finishing touch for a layout, reach for some Scrapware!
