Well so the kids tell me, I'm too busy wondering where the year has gone?!? For my final project of the year, I have combined some of my favourite pieces of scrapware...

For each piece, I have used the same combination of teal, brown and white paint, to achieve an aged look, and used a script stamp over top of the hearts, to add some texture.

I couldn't resist adding the little bird on the outside of the birdcage!

And here's another project I created using the beautiful Large Nadine Frame (CH379). Which I coated with some texture paste, antique white paint, and gold leaf. I sooooooo love this frame, and how it can totally transform an otherwise ordinary layout into something truly special.

To create an accent for the top of the frame, I used the inside oval out of one of the small antique frames, and added two pieces of Mini Baroque Trim (CH207), which I coated with gold embossing powder and highlights of kindyglitz.
