Project - 3D Butterfly

Recreate this butterfly yourself...here's how:

• Cover the base in patterned paper (Websters Pages have been used for this project)
• Paint the wings white and set aside to dry
• Stamp a flourish using stazon ink onto acetate
• Attach acetate to the wings and cut out
• Paint over the the edges of the acetate with white paint and crackle with rock candy. Also applied the rock candy on the front of the wings as well.
• Finish off with brown ink.

The Circle Journal Strip has been painted, then dimensional magic has been added with white ink dabbed along random edges. Pattern papers used Rouge de Garance. Stemmed flowers, charms and rhinestone circles from my2angels.

We love how Tracy added the Wisteria Lane Houses to the Memory Box to create extra dimension.  The chipboard pieces have been covered in patterned papers and inked.  The Naomi flourish has been inked and coated in glitter.
